John A. Lynch Jr. is a former American Democratic Party politician from New Jersey, who served in the New Jersey Senate from 1981 to 2001 and was Senate President from 1990 to 1992. John F. Forward, Sr. (October 3, 1851–December 24, 1926) was an American Republican politician from California. John Forward, Sr. was born 1851 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Walter and Elizabeth Forward. His grandfather Walter Forward was U. S. Secretary of the Treasury.
